Refund and Return
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact us explaining as best you can the damage(s). Email explanations with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the date of delivery and we will assess the damages and get back to you within 24 hours. If we determine that the item(s) were factory damaged or damaged during transportation/delivery we will start the return/refund process. Please note that if the item has been installed, we can no longer refund your payment or accept a return of the item.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order within 3-5 business days.
