Orders

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We utilize UPS and Canada Post for shipping across Canada. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. In Canada shipping is free on orders above CAD $100. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders at sales@kitchensinksplus.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@kitchensinksplus.com and we will start the return/refund process. Please note that if the item has been installed, we can no longer refund your payment or accept a return of the item.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

This stunning single bowl 28” x 18” undermount kitchen sink represents the latest in modern home fixture designs and traditional European crafting technique. This beautiful piece of art is hand shaped to perfection using certiﬁed 16 Gauge 304 Stainless Steel for superior strength and quality. The large and deep bowl comfortably accommodates the big dish loads including pots, pans and more. Every AZUNI sink features thick and large echo-stop sound dampening pads and a layer of protective composite coating to further eliminate noise and prevent condensation. Notice the well-deﬁned diversion lines that ensure quick and total water drainage. It also features refined 10mm radius soft corners that allow for easy cleaning of the stainless-steel sink. This undermount single bowl kitchen sink comes with a luxury basket drain strainer, which is deeper and much more functional for catching food scraps than the regular strainers. This undermount kitchen sink has the drain towards the side for the best utilization of the space under the sink cabinet and centered allowing you install the sink with the drain to the left or to the right. Also included with the undermount kitchen sink is 100% stainless steel bottom grids which help to protect the bottom of the sink. Installation instructions and cutting template are also included.
